  • Where Can I Get Gift Cards?

    KBXtreme offers physical gift cards for the Arcade, Bowling and Chubby’s Diner available for purchase at the center.

  • Are there Chubby's Diner Gift Cards Too?

    Yes. Chubby’s Diner offers electronic gift cards that can be emailed to your recipient here.

Arcade

  • How do I purchase an arcade play card?

    Arcade play cards can be purchased at any of the four red iTeller kiosks located at the arcade entrance and game lounge.

  • How do I register my arcade play card?

    At the customer registration kiosk located at the arcade entrance or ask one of our customer service associates to get you registered.

  • How can I upgrade my play card to VIP?

    Register your play card then proceed to the customer service desk and ask an associate to upgrade your registered play card to VIP.

  • How do I use my arcade play card on the games?

    We use tap-to-play technology. Just tap your card on the card reader located on each game to get it started.

  • Do my points and credits expire?

    No. As long as you have your play card you will have your points and credits. 

  • I lost/damaged my arcade play card! What can be done?

    Lost, stolen or damaged arcade play cards can be restored ONLY if the play card was registered. Purchase a new play card at a fee of $1 and the registered account will be transferred to the new play card.

Bowling

  • Are reservations required for bowling?

    Reservations are not required, but strongly recommended. We have 16 lanes and often host tournaments, bowling leagues, big parties, concerts, and other events. You can book and pay in full here to guarantee your reservation. Calling in advance or stopping by the customer service desk are other ways we can reserve a bowling lane for you. Booked and paid lanes are non-refundable, however you may notify us of a change at least 24 hours in advance for a reschedule option at the same pricing tier.  Deposits are non-refundable. 

  • What if we’re late for our reservation?

    While we do our best to accommodate all booked reservations, we cannot guarantee that we can extend the duration of your reservation. Your reservation may be pushed back to the next available time or cancelled. Call the customer service desk at 808.326.2695 if you will be arriving late, need to schedule a later time or cancel your reservation.

  • When is open bowling?

    During open bowling, anyone can walk in, pay for a lane and bowl for a set amount of time.  Open bowling is Daily from 9am – 5pm, 7 days a week. Reservations are recommended.

  • Can I bowl by the game instead of by the hour?

    No, bowling is only sold by the hour. A single lane can accommodate up to 6 bowlers who can bowl unlimited games for 1 hour. Additional hours may be purchased.

  • What if I run out of time and want to finish my game?

    Time may be extended for an additional fee. Visit the customer service desk to request an extension

  • Can I reserve a specific lane or table?

    Generally, lanes and tables are on a first come, first served basis. Although KBXtreme works hard to accommodate reserving specific requested lanes, we cannot guarantee this in the case there are mechanical issues on requested lanes. Tables behind the lanes are reserved for party package purchases only.

  • Are bowling shoes required?

    Bowling shoes are required. Bowling shoes are available for rent. If you have your own bowling shoes, they will need to be approved by the customer service associate at check in. 

  • Is there an age restriction for bowling? Are bumpers available for children?

    Bowling is the perfect activity for people of all ages! For younger bowlers, they must be supervised by an adult. Bumpers are available and can be requested at any time. Bumper rails can be set up for specific bowlers as you wish and can be controlled directly from your lane console. Ball ramps are also available at no extra charge.

  • When are bowling leagues? How can I join?

    Adult Mixed leagues take place Monday – Wednesday at 5:30 pm to 9:30pm. Senior leagues are Monday – Thursday  9:30 am to noon. Visit the customer service desk or our bowl page for more league info.

  • Are alcoholic beverages and food allowed at my lane?

    Both are allowed. All food and beverages must be purchased from Chubby’s Diner and the X-Factor Bar. Convenient lane-side ordering is available by scanning the QR codes located on your bowling lane console or lane table.

  • Do you have special rates for large party bookings?

     If you are planning a large event, please head to our contact a planner page or call 808.326.BOWL to inquire.

  • What is the cost to bowl?

    Lane rental prices are lower during off-peak hours, such as weekday mornings or afternoons, and higher during busy times like weekend nights. This keeps lanes available when demand is high while offering budget-friendly options during quieter times. Check our reservation system for the best time for your schedule and your budget.

Bar

  • What kind of drinks do you offer?

    We offer a wide variety of drinks including beer (bottled and on tap), wine, cocktails, mocktails and soft drinks. 

  • Do you have Happy Hour Specials?

    Yes. Happy Hour is from 2 pm – 6 pm. During Happy Hour we offer discounts on select beer, cocktails and appetizers.

  • Is the bar accessible to non-bowlers?

    Absolutely! You do not have to be bowling or playing arcade games to enjoy our X-Factor bar. 

  • Are there any non-alcoholic options available?

    Yes, we have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages including soft drinks, fruit smoothies, mocktails and non-alcoholic beer.

  • Do I need an ID to purchase alcohol?

    Yes. A valid ID is required for age verification. Guests must be 21 or older to order or consume alcoholic beverages. 

  • Do you offer any food to go with drinks?

    Yes, we have a full menu of appetizers and meals that pair perfectly with our drink options, including wings, kalua nachos, avocado fries and more!

  • Do you show Live Sport’s games?

    We show a variety of college and professional sports on big-screen TVs throughout the bar, private lounge and across the center.

  • Which Sports channels do you have?

    We have access to popular sports networks such as ESPN, Fox Sports, NBC Sports and other major channels. We also offer access to special event broadcasts like pay-per-view UFC fights.

  • Do you have any special events for big games?

    Yes, we often host special events for major games like Super Bowl, World Series and NBA Finals with drink specials, giveaways and more. 

Birthday Parties

  • What do I need to book a birthday party package?

    Fill out the contact planner form and our party planners will contact you with more information to organize your party. Our planners will send over a contract that will need to be signed and returned. A $25 deposit is required. 

  • How far in advance do I need to reserve a birthday party package?

    Birthday Party Packages are required to be booked at least 48 hours in advance 

  • Do I need to make a deposit?

    A $25 deposit is required to confirm all party packages. Deposits are non-refundable. .  Contact your party planner  at least 48 hours in advance for a reschedule option at the same pricing tier.

  • Can I bring my own food and beverage for my party/event?

    No. All food and beverages must be purchased from Chubby’s Diner and the X-Factor Bar. A celebration cake or ice cream cake is allowed. Chubby’s Diner also offers Catering service, please head to our online catering page or call 808.326.BOWL to schedule an order.

Events

  • How old must you be to enter the karaoke lounge?

    21+ only allowed in the Karaoke lounge. All Ages are welcome when the Karaoke lounge is booked for a private rental or for sporting events, as noted in the event listing. A 50% deposit is required for private Karaoke Lounge rentals. Deposits are non-refundable. Booked and paid private rentals are non-refundable, however you may notify us of a change at least 48 hours in advance for a reschedule option at the same pricing tier.  Contact your party planner for more details.

  • Where is alcohol allowed?

    Anywhere inside the building except for inside the restrooms and video arcade. Alcohol is allowed in the party rooms behind the arcade, in which this case a server is required to deliver your drinks to your room to ensure the arcade is an alcohol-free space. No alcohol allowed outside of the building. See special instructions on signage at the venue for outdoor events or all-ages concerts. 

  • What's your Large Event Accessibility like?

    We strive to make our events inclusive and accessible to everyone. If you have more questions or need information that is not mentioned below in the event FAQ section, you may contact us before your visit by emailing info@kbxtreme.com or ask for a manager to assist you with ADA accommodations at the front gate when you arrive. 

  • What is the max capacity of the Karaoke Lounge and Arcade Party room?

    The Karaoke Lounge comfortably hosts  71 persons. A single Arcade party room may accommodate  15 (12 seated comfortably) and there are three rooms that may be adjoined. 

  • Where can I purchase tickets for UFC, Concerts and Special Events?

    Check our events page for online ticket sales here. Tickets may also be available at KBXtreme customer service desk box office or through the independent concert promoter’s website. Contact us  for more information and details.

  • What can I bring to a concert or special event?

    Please leave large backpacks and bags, coolers, outside food and drinks, chairs, refillable bottles, hydroflasks, and strollers at home. If you need us to provide something to make your visit more comfortables, just let us know. 

  • Where are concerts and special events held?

    Most concerts and special events are held indoors with our special stage built over the bowling lanes with guests up to 880 people. Depending on the capacity, bowling may be available during music shows.  Larger concerts are held on the stage in the parking lot with guests up to 3,300 people.  Chubby’s Diner and the XFactor Bar are open for concessions during all music events.  The Karaoke lounge is also used for more intimate musical events and where UFC fights are shown with seated tables for up to 50 guests. Concerts at KBXtreme are booked by independent concert promoters or artists and KBXtreme acts as the venue for these shows.  Specifics and logistics may change based on the promoters criteria.  Please see your ticket or our social media accounts for details about your specific show date.  

  • I have mobility challenges, will I be able to attend an event?

    Please look for ADA signage when you arrive or ask a staff member to assist you. If you need special accommodations that require additional planning, contact us and we are happy to assist you. Read more about Large Event Accessibility.

Event & Concert Accessibility

  • General Accessibility

    Concerts may be standing room only or have limited, first come, first serve seating. For those needing assistance, a section of seats can be made available. Space may be limited to one disabled guest and one companion. Prior reservations for ADA help us to plan for a smooth process for you, but are not required. If you haven’t sent us information prior, please ask for on-site assistance at check in. We are happy to help you. For everyone’s safety, personal chairs are not allowed to be brought into the venue. Wheel chairs, walkers, crutches or other mobility devices may be used. We have chairs set up for taking breaks between acts. Ramps and accessible pathways are available.

  • Accessibility Parking

    Marked spots are available at the gate. You will need to have an accessible placard in order to use accessible parking, with the owner of the placard present. If you do not have a placard, please note that parking for large concerts may require using stairs or steps. Please drive up to the gate and ask for a staff member to assist you at drop off if this is not suitable for you.

  • Accessible Station

    If you have questions or need assistance, check in attendants can call customer service employees to help answer questions related to seating or other accommodations. This station is located at the main entrance and the customer service desk.

  • Unexpected Needs

    If you have had an injury or illness, please notify event staff for assistance. We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you.

  • Restrooms

    Accessible restrooms are located j side the bowling center. Porta-portray be available near the stage. If you need assistance to reach the restroom of your choice, please let event staff know that you are an ADA guest and require assistance.

  • Concession Stands

    All venue concession stands and merchandise stands are accessible. If you need additional assistance, please ask one of our event members.

  • Service Animals

    Service Animals are welcome. To ensure that all guests, and their service animals are supported throughout their visit, service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the service animal is trained to do must directly relate to the person's disability. Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not repeatedly bark, growl, and they must not jump up on or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.

    Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under Title III of the ADA.  This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained.  The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This may include using a harness, leash, or other tether. Our venue employees are not required to provide for, the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Service Animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs or tables in our food and beverage locations.  We reserve the right to deny access to a animal that disrupts our operations.

  • Medication Needs

    If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID.  If you do not have a container with a name on it, we may request documentation that allows us to confirm the need for this medication as you enter the venue.  Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event.  We cannot store any type of medication.  Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.

  • Dietary Needs

    You may request to speak with a member of our Food & Beverage team with specific questions or concerns. Water stations are available free of charge. Outside food, drinks and hydro flask type containers will not be allowed inside the event or in the parking area.
